Digital products<\/h2>\n  <p>PinoyTrade mainly supplies digital software products, including:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>WordPress plugins;<\/li>\n    <li>WooCommerce plugins;<\/li>\n    <li>licence keys;<\/li>\n    <li>download tokens;<\/li>\n    <li>secure download links;<\/li>\n    <li>software files;<\/li>\n    <li>digital documentation;<\/li>\n    <li>related digital services.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>These products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>2. No physical returns<\/h2>\n  <p>Because our products are digital, there is no physical return shipment.<\/p>\n  <p>Once a digital product has been made available, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>3. Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/h2>\n  <div class=\"pt-legal-warning\">\n    <p><strong>Digital delivery:<\/strong> consumers may normally have a statutory withdrawal period for online purchases. For digital content and digital services, this right can end when the customer expressly agrees during checkout that digital delivery starts immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once digital delivery has started.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <p>For PinoyTrade digital products, digital delivery may include:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>issuing a licence key;<\/li>\n    <li>creating or sending a download token;<\/li>\n    <li>providing a download link;<\/li>\n    <li>making the software file available;<\/li>\n    <li>activating software access;<\/li>\n    <li>providing access to a protected digital service.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>After the customer has given the required consent and acknowledgement, and digital delivery has started, the order is final and cannot be cancelled under the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n  <p>This does not affect statutory rights if the digital product is defective or does not conform to what was promised.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>4. Business customers<\/h2>\n  <p>Business customers do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n  <p>Purchases by businesses are final once the order has been confirmed and digital delivery has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. When refunds are not normally provided<\/h2>\n  <p>Refunds are not normally provided when:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>the licence key has been issued;<\/li>\n    <li>the download token has been created;<\/li>\n    <li>the download link has been supplied;<\/li>\n    <li>the software file has been downloaded or made available;<\/li>\n    <li>the software has been activated;<\/li>\n    <li>the customer changed their mind after digital delivery;<\/li>\n    <li>the customer bought the wrong product;<\/li>\n    <li>the product is incompatible because of unsupported hosting, outdated WordPress or WooCommerce versions, conflicting third-party plugins or custom code;<\/li>\n    <li>the customer no longer wants to use the product;<\/li>\n    <li>the customer expected custom development that was not included in the product description.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>6. Defective digital products<\/h2>\n  <p>If a digital product does not work as reasonably expected or does not match the product description, please contact us first.<\/p>\n  <p>We may provide:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>troubleshooting;<\/li>\n    <li>installation guidance;<\/li>\n    <li>bug investigation;<\/li>\n    <li>a fix or update;<\/li>\n    <li>replacement download access;<\/li>\n    <li>licence correction;<\/li>\n    <li>another reasonable solution.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>If the issue cannot be solved within a reasonable time and the product does not conform to what was promised, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>7. Support before refund review<\/h2>\n  <p>Before a refund can be considered for a technical issue, we may ask for reasonable information, such as:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>order number;<\/li>\n    <li>licence key;<\/li>\n    <li>website URL;<\/li>\n    <li>WordPress version;<\/li>\n    <li>WooCommerce version;<\/li>\n    <li>PHP version;<\/li>\n    <li>screenshots;<\/li>\n    <li>error messages;<\/li>\n    <li>plugin conflict information;<\/li>\n    <li>temporary access where needed.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>Failure to provide reasonable information may limit our ability to investigate the issue.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>8. Duplicate orders<\/h2>\n  <p>If you accidentally place a duplicate order for the same product and the second licence or download has not been used, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n  <p>We may cancel or refund a duplicate order at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>9. Approved refunds<\/h2>\n  <p>If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method.<\/p>\n  <p>After a refund, the related licence key, download token, software access and support rights may be cancelled.<\/p>\n&#8220;`html\n<h2>12.Customer responsibility and limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n<p>PinoyTrade Scanner for WooCommerce is a software tool designed to help customers scan, search, update and manage WooCommerce product data, including stock, prices, sale prices, expiry dates and barcodes.<\/p>\n\n<p>The customer remains responsible for the correct use of the Software and for checking all product data, stock values, prices, sale prices, expiry dates, barcodes, imports, synchronisations and updates before and after saving changes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Before installing, updating, importing data or using the Software on a live WooCommerce store, the customer is responsible for making a complete backup and, where reasonably possible, testing the Software in a safe environment.<\/p>\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinoyTrade is not liable for damage, loss or costs caused by or related to the use, misuse, configuration or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>incorrect stock changes;<\/li>\n  <li>incorrect price or sale price changes;<\/li>\n  <li>incorrect barcode changes;<\/li>\n  <li>incorrect expiry date entries;<\/li>\n  <li>incorrect CSV imports or migrated barcode data;<\/li>\n  <li>conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, POS systems or custom code;<\/li>\n  <li>WooCommerce, WordPress, hosting or server issues;<\/li>\n  <li>data loss;<\/li>\n  <li>business interruption;<\/li>\n  <li>loss of revenue, profit, orders, goodwill or customers;<\/li>\n  <li>damage resulting from missing, incomplete or outdated backups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The customer is responsible for reviewing changes made through the scanner workflow and for ensuring that product information remains correct in WooCommerce, connected systems and external sales channels.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this is not allowed by mandatory law, including statutory consumer rights for defective digital products or digital services.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Digital delivery and withdrawal right<\/h2>\n\n<p>PinoyTrade supplies digital software products, licence keys, download tokens, secure download links and related digital services.<\/p>\n\n<p>For consumers, a statutory withdrawal period may normally apply to online purchases.
