Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>WordPress website<\/li>\n\t\t<li>WooCommerce installed and active<\/li>\n\t\t<li>WordPress admin or shop manager access<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Active PinoyTrade Scanner license<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Internet connection for license verification<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\t<h2>2. Download the Plugin<\/h2>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tAfter purchase, you will receive a license email with your license key and secure download link.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li>Open the license email.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Click the secure download link.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Download the plugin ZIP file.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Do not unzip the file before uploading it to WordPress.<\/li>\n\t<\/ol>\n\n\t<h2>3. Activate Your License<\/h2>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tAfter activation, open the PinoyTrade Scanner license\/settings screen.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li>Enter the license email used for the license.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Enter your license key.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Click <strong>Check and save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>If the license is valid, the scanner will unlock.<\/li>\n\t<\/ol>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tOne license is valid for one website\/domain, unless stated otherwise.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<h2>5. Open the Mobile Scanner App<\/h2>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tThe plugin includes a mobile scanner app that runs from your own WordPress website.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li>Go to the scanner settings page.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Find the <strong>Mobile Scanner App<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Use the <strong>Open Scanner App<\/strong> button, copy the app link, or scan the QR code.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Enter the scanner access code when requested.<\/li>\n\t<\/ol>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tOn most phones, you can add the scanner to the home screen as an app icon.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<h2>6. Search and Scan Products<\/h2>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tYou can find products by:\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Scanning a barcode<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Entering a barcode manually<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Searching by SKU<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Searching by product name<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\t<h2>7. Update Stock, Price and Expiry Date<\/h2>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tAfter opening a product in the scanner, you can update:\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Stock quantity<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Regular price<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Sale price<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Expiry date<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tClick <strong>Save changes<\/strong> to store the updates.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<h2>8. Barcode Management<\/h2>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tThe scanner barcode is the master barcode used by the plugin.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>You can add a barcode to a product.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>You can change an existing barcode.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>You can clear\/remove a barcode.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>If the same barcode already belongs to another product, the scanner blocks the change.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\t<h2>9. Zettle Barcode Sync<\/h2>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tIf Zettle barcode sync is used, the Zettle barcode follows the scanner barcode.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Changing the scanner barcode updates the Zettle barcode.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Clearing the scanner barcode also clears the Zettle barcode.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Zettle barcode is treated as a sync copy, not as the master barcode.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\t<h2>10. CSV Import<\/h2>\n\n\t<p>\n\t\tThe plugin includes an advanced CSV import for barcode management.\n\t<\/p>\n\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Use preview before importing.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Check warnings and conflicts before confirming.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Use safe import when you do not want to overwrite existing barcodes.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Use overwrite or clear options only when you are sure.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\t<h2>11. The license settings page remains available so you can correct the license details.<\/p>\n\t<\/details>\n\n\t<details style=\"margin-bottom: 12px; border: 1px solid #e5e5e5; border-radius: 8px; padding: 14px 16px; background: #ffffff;\">\n\t\t<summary><strong>The QR code does not open the scanner<\/strong><\/summary>\n\t\t<p>Generate a new scanner access code and try opening the scanner link again. Also check if you are logged in with the correct WordPress permissions.<\/p>\n\t<\/details>\n\n\t<details style=\"margin-bottom: 12px; border: 1px solid #e5e5e5; border-radius: 8px; padding: 14px 16px; background: #ffffff;\">\n\t\t<summary><strong>A barcode conflict appears<\/strong><\/summary>\n\t\t<p>This means the barcode is already connected to another product. Check both products before changing the barcode.<\/p>\n\t<\/details>\n\n\t<details style=\"margin-bottom: 12px; border: 1px solid #e5e5e5; border-radius: 8px; padding: 14px 16px; background: #ffffff;\">\n\t\t<summary><strong>Can I use this as a native Android or iPhone app?<\/strong><\/summary>\n\t\t<p>No. The scanner runs as a secure web app from your own WordPress\/WooCommerce website.
